- The proposal suggests recovering the lost USDT by issuing USDT tokens on Bifrost Kusama to the user's account that originated the transfer.
- Tokens not arriving at a user account on AssetHub doesn't necessarily mean they haven't been recorded by AssetHub.
- The proposed solution is to perform two calls wrapped in `batch_all`: `tokens.setBalance` for an inaccessible account and `tokens.forceTransfer` from that account to the user's account.

Recover user funds lost due to failed XCM transfer

- Zenlink is a platform for trading cryptocurrencies.
- A loan of 50,000 KSM will be given to Zenlink for liquidity.
- The loan will be split into vKSM and KSM.
