1. There was a problem with initializing something, so they used motion to fix it.
2. A new Pallet called vtokenVoting will allow users to lock their vKSM for governance voting.
3. There are two delegators who can vote either "Nay" or "Aye" three times each.
4. They set up a lockup time of 7 days for Kusama governance.
5. They set the weight for normal cross-chain transactions.
