Subsquare maintenance request from 2023.05 to 2023.12

SubSquare is a governance platform for substrate based blockchains, and we have integrated both bifrost kusama and polkadot chains.We are proposing a treasury proposal to support the continuous maintenance.

Work scope

• The routine maintenance work to keep the deployment well running.
• Existed UI/UX enhancements and polish.
• OpenGov support for bifrost kusama.
• Add votes management feature.
• Show user history votes on profile page.
• Many code refactor work for better maintenance.
• Enhance user login and extrinsic sign process.
