## Summary

This proposal aim to distribute reserved Ecosystem BNC from Bifrost Kusama to Bifrost Polkadot, support following sections, which includes:

Bifrost is currently using a self-bridge address (a systematic address withour private key djSk4JfeBVmDA6T4yuTZajjZGmn9h8hcSH1NE6mGE4UdFv3) for distributing BNC between Bifrost Kusama and Bifrost Polkadot. Once Bridge Hub supports asynchronous backing between Polkadot and Kusama, we will merge the bridge.
