Nodes that are added to VBL will get the highest priority voting guarantee from SLP, so I don't think VBL can accommodate such a large number of nodes that you are proposing in your current proposal. The current acceptable range is often 1-2 nodes

@Blockdaemon
thanks for the application and interest.
given that blockdaemon will not be providing liquidity for the reasons provided. i would like to understand how you can share Bifrosts liquid staking solutions to your institutional customers in this potential bifrost x blockdaemon?
furthermore would be great to have a clear understanding of the types of Twitter posts and social channel initiatives ( AMA hosting and monthly "events" ) you can initiate and the scope to which this is feasible.
The reason i ask is because there seems to be an exhaustive lift of options however would like to determine what is feasible and achievable.

thanks for your feedback.

Hi all, Please find Blockdaemon replies as follow:

  1. Current acceptable range is 1-2 Nodes:
    Blockdaemon strives to provide inclusivity to all our clients where possible and help Bifrost in maintaining SLP Protocols in the active state. We understand that currently, a maximum of 2 nodes is provided to each VBL provider. We are open to this arrangement of 2 nodes per proposal/provider. Currently, we have sufficient Validators for Kusama, Polkadot, Moonbeam and Moonriver Networks to meet the range in the VBL List and to help process and confirm transaction Blocks

  2. How Blockdaemon can Share liquid staking solutions to our institutional customers:
    a) We can share the liquid staking platform to our institutional partners through dedicated and targeted e-mailers as well as a blurb in our newsletter
    b) Social posts - We can commit to re-tweet posts from Bifrosts and create new posts as we deem fit
    c) AMAs and twitter spaces - we can host AMA with Bifrost and Blockdaemon team (Blockdaemon's Head of Protocol Research, Developer Relations, etc). please see (https://twitter.com/BlockdaemonHQ/status/1623320871652798466?s=20)
    d) Side events when Bifrost team is in Singapore - Side events are a great way to reach out to institutional clients (We have organised Several Side events in APAC over the past 1 year, with a 1.5X to 2X oversubscription rate)

@Blockdaemon
thanks for the feedback.

1- you are applying for all four networks - DOT, KSM, GLMR, MOVR with max 2 nodes per network.
2- a) to what extent can you share our liquid staking solutions for the different networks to your targeted institutional customers from a legal perspective? i would be interested to know more about this - similar question would apply to (b) what does your legal team "deem fit".
d) do you have a 2023 event calendar idea in regards to when/where bifrost could be invited?

Hi TPP, please see our replies as below:
2a) Blockdaemon can do mentions in our email newsletters that we send to all our customers and reposting of tweets to show support for Bifrost's through joint marketing efforts
Regarding Blog posts, we currently have one with Bifrost: https://blockdaemon.com/blog/blockdaemonxbitfrost/ We would be keen to do case studies with Bifrost too

2d) Here’s our Blockdaemon calendar https://blockdaemon.com/events/ which is updated from time to time with events were participating in. We can discuss further which one is significant for both parties

To add on, Blockdaemon can commit to the following:

3X Twitter posts:
Post 1 - Announcement of VBL with Bifrost
Post 2 - Liquid Staking on Dot and Parachain
Post 3 - Podcast with Bifrost

1x Podcast - A podcast is better than a blog post for this instance:
Podcast on Parachains or liquid staking, Views of Bifrost regarding trends, adoption and more. The podcast will be shared via Twitter and posted on our Youtube Site
