After upgrading to version 0.9.94, a new module called ChannelCommission has been added to the Bifrost Kusama runtime. Prior to normal interest rate adjustments by the SLP module, vtoken must be registered within the ChannelCommission module. This referendum aims to register vBNC, vKSM, and vMOVR into the ChannelCommission module.
