According to the guidance of the official documentation, we will turn on the automatic renewal function of Coretime to ensure the long-term and stable operation of Bifrost-kusama. The specific steps are as follows:

1. Send xcm to the relay chain to open the HRMP channel with the Coretime parachain
2. Update the xcm version supported by Coretime parachain
3. Update the xcm version subscription of Coretime parachain
4. Send xcm to enable the automatic renewal function of coretime
