Version 14000 will remove the VSBondAuction pallet. Before upgrading to version 14000, the create_order, clinch_order, and partial_clinch_order methods in VSBondAuction must be disabled, and users must be assisted in withdrawing their tokens from the VSBondAuction pallet.
