Version 14000 will remove the VSBondAuction pallet. Before upgrading to version 14000, the create_order, clinch_order, and partial_clinch_order methods in VSBondAuction must be disabled, and assistance provided to users to withdraw their tokens from the VSBondAuction pallet.
This proposal is to disable the create_order, clinch_order, and partial_clinch_order methods in VSBondAuction to prevent users from adding new data.
