We participated in the investment of Bifrost crowdloan before and we were rewarded with 30K BNC, but unfortunately the address we provided: eX8MawQKL19Vz7MZjCXKh3FSLpdA2EAjRqYkwqXd63EqUke is a ledger address and currently Bifrost network does not support the use of ledger. Hence, we cannot withdraw or use our tokens. 

 So, we initiated this governance process to help transfer the BNC from the eX8MawQKL19Vz7MZjCXKh3FSLpdA2EAjRqYkwqXd63EqUke ledger address to the new address: er24msbr6mbWbrxfrU4UbJgknKutM4ZH46xdkW5EgQfnRxM to enable using our BNC tokens 

The ownership of the eX8MawQKL19Vz7MZjCXKh3FSLpdA2EAjRqYkwqXd63EqUke ledger address belongs to us. As we can't use our Bifrost address, in order to prove that the address belong to us we did a remark on our kusama address: FNVKcmnnAWEskVVwbgRp5yYrQFSwHi5yfd2JDGKmffHi7GY which is linked to Bifrost address: eX8MawQKL19Vz7MZjCXKh3FSLpdA2EAjRqYkwqXd63EqUke saying that the address: eX8MawQKL19Vz7MZjCXKh3FSLpdA2EAjRqYkwqXd63EqUke is linked to the kusama address as they share the same private key
