This proposal aims to complement the BNC in the Bifrost Foundation to continue to incentivize all farming on Bifrost-Kusama.
Bifrost’s Farming incentives is always recharged from the Foundation address to the Bifrost Farming Pallet, which can avoid frequently calling the ecosystem reserved BNC through referendums when recharging Farming frequently. The proposal requires the reserved BNC of the ecosystem reserve to be reimbursed for the past year's Foundation farming expenses through a referendum.
This proposal only reimburses the Farming expenses of Bifrost-Kusama, and the Bifrost-Polkadot part will be launched after the commen-bridge is launched.
