## Summary

In order to support the [proposal to list BNC on HydraDX Omnipool](https://bifrost.subsquare.io/post/31), this proposal aims to cross 700,000 BNC from Bifrost Ecosystem Reserved Fund to the Cross-Chain bridge Address, then executing the liquidity providing steps on Polkadot side.
