Since Round 3 vsToken(BNC) governance redemption, we have received 1 governance redemption request.This governance will destroy the vsToken of the corresponding address and transfer the corresponding amount of KSM from the treasury to the corresponding destruction address.(Since the user address cannot be signed on the Bifrost network temporarily using ledger, the corresponding KSM is directly cross-chained to the Kusama network)
