Proposal: Support Bifrost Polkadot parachain&testnet and custom functions

Development:

Basic Explorer Services:

Support Bifrost polkadot parachain active on https://bifrost.subscan.io ,

support Bifrost testnet active on https://bifrost-testnet.subscan.io/ ,

main work including:

• Deep integration of Substrate native modules: Balance, Council, Democracy, System, Treasury, Timestamp, Session, Utility etc.

• Query and display of blocks, extrinsics, events, accounts.

• Open API service and API documents.

• Customized UI theme in line with Bifrost brand.

Function customization:

Will be applied to Bifrost Polkadot parachain, Bifrost Kusama Parachain and Bifrost testnet.

• Tokens module: Adapt and display account token balance, token transfer list, token list, and token holders list.

• ParachainStaking module: Adapt and display collator list, delegator list, collator detail, delegator detail, reward & slash list.

Operation and Maintenance:

Subscan provides operation and maintenance services for Bifrost Polkadot Parachain, Bifrost Kusama Parachain and Bifrost testnet, which including:

• Computing resources (collect and parse chain data, serve web user requests)
• Database storage (index and store the chain data)
• Network egress bandwidth (serve web user requests)
• Monitoring and DevOps (internal alerting pipeline, CI/CD automation)

• Support Bifrost Testnet: $15,000

• Function customization : $10,000
