After nearly a month of discussion and data collection, a proposal has finally been successfully submitted on the chain. For more details and reasons for the proposal, please refer to the previous discussion in the Bifrost Forum. I have used the utility. batchAll initiated a proposal to adjust Cliff and Vesting PerBlock, called the methods vesting.setVestingPerBlock and vesting.forceSetCliff respectively, and issued adjustment commands for a total of 61 addresses.

Summary, the effect we can get through this proposal: the lower the loyalty of the address, the longer the extended unlocking and cliff time, the higher the loyalty of the address, the shorter the unlocking and cliff time of singing, we can discuss and determine the above parameters, to achieve the desired effect.
